Frequently Asked Questions

Scalp Micropigmentation is a cosmetic tattooing technique which conceals balding. It is suitable for many applications including stubble imitation to create a full buzz cut look, creating the illusion of density in longer hair in women and men by diminishing the lightness of exposed scalp and for concealing Alopecia. The treatment is also effective in significantly reducing the appearance and contrast of transplant scarring (FUT and FUE) and other cranial scars or random patches of hair loss. It is also suitable for beard stubble patches or beard enhancement and definition.

In an SMP procedure tiny deposits of pigment are placed in the scalp skin to make a fine stipple pattern or copy of your freshly shaved stubble. In longer hair scenarios this texture diminishes the light scalp tone to reduce the contrast with your existing growth. This is typically done over three sessions using a specialised technique and different pigment dilutions to create our 3D SMP effect to produce a natural and lasting result. The tattoo texture in the areas of hair loss is artistically blended into your existing stubble or growth creating the illusion of thicker hair or a full head of shaved hair.

With SMP a viable technique and exceptional results only come from the correct training followed by years of experience on different skin types and scenarios. For this reason the realism of results varies from one company to the next and you should always seek an experienced provider like Novoscalp SMP Clinics in Sydney who have extensive experience (since 2015) specialising in SMP if you want a realistic outcome. SMP does look real! – when it’s done right. Many of our clients are able to ‘fly under the radar’ with their colleagues and family during the process. For every treatment type and approach the way the layering happens in subtle increments over the sessions and even once the treatment is completed makes it difficult for people to notice or work out why you look more vibrant. The final result of some 30 to 40 thousand tiny impressions (for most treatments) creates a convincing illusion no-one can imagine is a tattoo. A number of factors determine how effective this illusion is and how it retains it’s integrity. The experience, artistic skill and judgement of your Artist, their approach and the materials and technique used all contribute to the most ideal result possible. At Novoscalp SMP Clinics in Sydney we have a conservative approach and build towards a perfect final tone result with a 3D appearance and natural gradations at the hairline and through lighter areas such as the crown. We are at the forefront of this industry using SMP specific needles, pigment and tattoo devices.

SMP can be used to treat either the whole scalp area or just the patches where scalp is becoming exposed. Here are some of issues a Scalp Micropigmentation treatment with Novoscalp SMP Clinics in Sydney can help camouflage:

Total baldness

Male pattern baldness

Receding hairline

Bald patches

The look of SMP is created using a tattoo machine designed specifically for Scalp Micropigmentation to carefully deposit pigments shallow into the skin of the scalp. It is important to understand that scalp pigmentation is not a traditional body art tattoo – a specialised technique is used and the colors used are formulated differently specifically for SMP and need to be diluted at the correct ratios for natural looking outcomes. It is also important to know that a correctly applied Scalp Micropigmentation treatment does not last forever, and may need a touch up after 3 years or longer depending on the application type and the required pigmentation tone.

A Scalp Micropigmentation treatment with Novoscalp is completely safe. Pigments are formulated for each client session and disposable needle cartridges are opened from sterile packages and used as required. All surfaces are sterilised with antibacterial wipes in between each client. At Novoscalp Clinics we use premium SMP pigment. SMP pigment is derived from an organic source that has been used for tattooing over the centuries. There are no known allergies or reactions to the FDA approved pigment we use.

Scalp Micropigmentation performed correctly does not cause hair loss. The target area for deposits of pigment is in the lower layers of the superficial scalp skin. Hair follicle bulbs are deeper into the next dermal layer down in the connective tissue and will not be damaged with the correct technique.

Every client has a different level of scalp sensitivity. Scalp Micropigmentation is a tattoo and most people are able to tolerate any discomfort over the course of an SMP session especially knowing it is worth it for an ideal result. Topical anaesthetics are able to be used in cases where a client is not able to cope with the sensation for the duration of the session.

Scalp Micropigmentation is a refined and light-handed artistic application without room for error. As Scalp Micropigmentation has grown in popularity, so has the number of inexperienced Artists offering the treatment. We have seen the results of poor or completely incorrect SMP technique in many of these cases over the recent years. Many clients require laser removal to create a ‘clean’ enough scalp to effect a natural result with the correct technique. A cheap treatment can ending up costing you more in the long run. Provided you choose a company like Novoscalp SMP Clinics in Sydney who have experience (since 2015) in every SMP scenario, you can expect your treatment to be a complete success with flawless detail and the expected outcome achieved.

Topical anaesthetics (numbing gel ) are able to be used in cases where a client is not able to cope with the sensation for the duration of the session.

Most Scalp Micropigmentation treatments for hair loss are performed over three sessions of 2-3 hours duration which are typically spaced one week apart. In almost every case a review of the healed result is offered four weeks later and any possible refinements are made in this session.

This depends on your case and the extent of hair loss but usually around 2-3 hours.

The effect of each layering is usually subtle enough to not be noticeable. Some redness resembling mild sunburn can be evident in shaved head clients for 4 – 24 hours after a session typically.

We prefer that you come to each session with a shaved head from the day before. This is our reference for building the stubble match and blend. If your treatment involves adding density to an existing hairline, crown or thinning area of longer hair shaving your head for any of the sessions is not required.

For the buzz cut style SMP shaving or buzzing down (to zero) every 1-3 days will retain the most natural and undetectable look. The concealment of scarring in this case is an illusion created by imitating your existing stubble. As stubble grows the contrast between it and the tattoo imitation eventually becomes visible. For scars in longer hair styles the diminishing of the light areas of scar tissue with the SMP texture is functional at any length.

Since SMP sessions are done so closely together, your skin will virtually go from one healing cycle straight into another. This means true healing is completely over 3-4 weeks after your last session. This is how long it takes for the pigments to show their true color, and for the tissue to heal completely. After that, you don’t need to pay any special attention to your scalp, but try to minimize sunlight exposure and wear SPF when outdoors – lots of direct sun exposure speeds up pigment fading.

SMP is relatively non-invasive, but the area will need a few days to heal and you need to follow an aftercare routine between sessions. This will affect your hair washing regime:

We recommend trying to keep an oil neutral scalp through occasional gentle exfoliation and moisturising if necessary and for longer hair using a dandruff-free shampoo for dry flaky scalps.

Aside from the 2-3 day period of keeping your scalp dry after each SMP session you can shave your head every day and wash it as well. The pigment is protected and sealed off under several layers of skin and will not be affected by this over time.

We accept payments as bank transfers, credit card transactions and through any of our partners – Humm, Afterpay and ZipMoney.

There are a number of variables but we expect your treatment result to be at it’s optimum for two to four years (depending on aspects of your lifestyle) before it may need a touch up. It’s better to have a conservatively applied treatment that can be retoned in the future to effect a natural look again rather than a cruder dark approach that invariably won’t retain it’s detail and doesn’t leave you that option.

After your initial 3 or 4 sessions of SMP the texture and tone should be effecting a natural looking result and you shouldn’t have to worry about touch ups for 2-4 years. You can get colour refresher touch ups when you feel like your results have faded significantly or your hair loss has advanced over that time. It all depends on the pace at which your pigments fade. Generally, it’s best to book a touch up as soon as you notice the fade is significant or the blends into your existing hair or shaved stubble are not creating the ideal illusion. The further the pigments fade, the more work will be needed to refresh the tone. It is important to know that a crudely applied SMP tattoo with darker than necessary pigment dilutions or large deposits can not be retouched.

This is based on an the time taken and remaining tone and is usually $900 -$1500

Here’s what to avoid before the treatment in order to for it to go smoothly:

  • Stop taking any fish oil supplements 5 days prior to your initial session
  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, ibuprofen, aspirin for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Don’t do any other scalp treatments at least two weeks before your SMP treatment.
  • If you take blood-thinning medication like Warfarin or Plavix (clopidogrel), consult your doctor and see if it would be safe to discontinue the use for a few days prior to each session. For Eliquis, Xarelto and Lovenox (apixaban, rivaroxaban, heparin) stopping use for one day prior to the session is recommended.
  • As tanned skin is more sensitive it is recommended not to sunbathe for number of days prior.
  • Especially for oily or flaky skin types we advise exfoliating the scalp in the 3 or 4 days leading up to the treatment to remove dead skin cells and neautralise the oil content.

SMP is relatively non-invasive, but the area will need a few days to heal and you need to follow an aftercare routine between sessions. This will affect your hair washing regime: Keep the scalp dry if possible for 2 days after an SMP session. Use a mild shampoo between sessions and avoid harsh scrubbing. You can return to your normal regime 2 weeks after the final session. Avoid the following especially in the 3 days immediately after sessions, and if possible for 7 days after each session:

  • Touching your scalp, sunlight exposure and excessive sweating
  • Long, hot showers and any sauna or steam room environment
  • Swimming in chlorine or saltwater.

This are the general guidelines for Scalp Micropigmentation post-care and it is recommended that you do your best to follow them as closely as possible.

There is no downtime required after your session although we do suggest scheduling a restful day if it is possible.

An SMP treatment is relatively non-invasive but since it does involve penetrating the surface of the skin it takes a few days for the micro-wounds to close up. After each session, you can expect:

  • Some redness and irritation (usually subsides over 3-4 hours but can take a couple of days).
  • The pigments looking dark then softening off (they take their final color after the healing is over).
  • The area may feel dry and a little itchy after a few days – We recommend Vitamin A &D ointment to relieve this.

Wear protective sunscreen or a hat whenever you are going out and expecting to be in direct sunlight for over an hour. Too much exposure to direct sunlight can cause the SMP pigments to fade prematurely.

The price of the SMP treatment can vary significantly based on many factors, the primary one being the size of the area treated. The general range for SMP for the shaved look or an extensive men’s or women’s density treatment is between $2000 and $4500. Scar camouflage and other applications in smaller areas vary from $500 to $2500. To find out how much it would cost to treat a particular case, contact Novoscalp Clinics to arrange a free consultation and let us assess the amount of work that needs to arrive at a complete and natural result.

Once the three initial dates are scheduled a 50% deposit is required in the following days in most caes to secure the booking. The remainder is payable prior to or at the second session in most cases. We accept bank transfers, cash and credit cards.

Immediate Results

Each session involves treating the entire affected area so a difference can be seen immediately. While it is subtle, it increases with each session’s layer working towards the final result.

Results that Look Real

Whether it is the look of a sharp buzz cut, or adding a more dense appearance to thinning hair in men or women, you always look ready for business, and it looks completely natural. People generally don’t believe our clients when they say they have hair that is a tattoo.

SMP is Cost Effective

An SMP treatment is a more affordable alternative to Hair Transplants, hair systems (wigs) and other hair loss remedies. Once your SMP treatment is completed there are no ongoing costs. Unlike Hair Transplants and other approaches you do not need to supplement your treatment with specific shampoos, foams…

SMP is a Permanent Solution with No Regular Regime Required

Pigment applied at the correct dilutions will ensure the integrity of your SMP over time. As a result of this considered approach your treatment may require a touch up session in a few years time as the sun exposure over time can fade the pigment slightly.

Easy to Manage

Once your SMP treatment is done it’s done. There is no daily regime required. The only periodic maintenance for shaved head look clients is to shave or buzz their hair down every few days – that’s it!

SMP Works for Practically Every Hairstyle

The treatment can work for nearly every hairstyle to give you the look you want. Whether you have short hair, long hair, grey hair, male pattern baldness or alopecia, SMP can create an improvement or concealment for hair loss with all styles.

SMP is Completely Safe

There is no danger or risk involved with SMP. The pigment is non-toxic and safe for use, and you should not feel any ill effects from having this treatment, nor should it be too unpleasant or painful to have carried out.

No Surgery or Downtime

Unlike hair transplant surgeries which take weeks to heal and months to see the results of, SMP is non-invasive superficial level tattooing of fine deposits. Aside from some redness which subsides in the hours after any SMP session there is no downtime or need to ‘hide away’.

Key Aspects of 3D SMP for Natural Results

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) has evolved over time, and the introduction of 3D SMP techniques has been a ground-breaking development, significantly enhancing the natural aesthetic and realism of the results. This approach adopted from the outset by Novoscalp Clinics involves artistically layering pigments of different tones to create a three-dimensional appearance, mimicking the texture and depth of natural hair follicles. The use of 3D SMP has been particularly effective in addressing various hair loss levels and different hair types.

Depth and Texture

3D SMP goes beyond the traditional two-dimensional approach by introducing variations in pigment dilutions. The layering of pigments of slightly differing tones creates the illusion of texture, adding depth to the scalp and making the pigmented areas closely resemble the appearance of real hair.

Natural Hairline Design

The creation of a natural-looking hairline is crucial for the success of SMP. 3D SMP techniques allow the Artists at Novoscalp to design irregular and nuanced hairlines that closely mimic the subtleties found in authentic hairlines. This attention to detail contributes to the overall natural appearance of the results.

Microdot Placement for Realism

Precision in microdot placement is a hallmark of 3D SMP. We are masters of this art, strategically placing microdots in a manner that replicates the density, distribution, and randomness of real hair follicles. This meticulous approach enhances the overall realism of the treated area. Our experience and ability to implant tiny volumes of pigment of the correct shade progression ensures our treatments retain their integrity over time.

Variation in Pigment Density

3D SMP incorporates variations in pigment density to simulate the natural diversity of hair follicles. This technique helps avoid a uniform and artificial appearance, ensuring that the pigmentation appears more organic and blends seamlessly with any remaining natural hair.

Adapting 3D SMP for Different Types of Hair Loss

3D SMP has revolutionised the field by creating a more nuanced and natural appearance for individuals experiencing hair loss. Its adaptability to different hair types and levels of hair loss makes it a versatile and effective solution, providing realistic results that boost confidence and restore a natural-looking aesthetic. Choosing a skilled and experienced Artist is crucial to maximizing the benefits of 3D SMP for an individual’s specific needs.

Norwood Scale for Male Pattern Baldness

3D SMP with Novoscalp Clinics can effectively address different stages of male pattern baldness as per the Norwood Scale. For individuals with minimal hair loss (Norwood 1-2), the focus may be on enhancing the natural hairline. For those with more advanced stages (Norwood 3-7), 3D SMP can create the illusion of increased hair density, providing a fuller appearance.

Ludwig Scale for Female Pattern Baldness

In the case of female pattern baldness, which is often diffuse, 3D SMP can be adapted to address varying degrees of hair loss according to the Ludwig Scale. Whether dealing with mild thinning or more extensive loss, our layering technique can be tailored to achieve a natural and even coverage.

Alopecia and Other Conditions

3D SMP is versatile and can be applied to various hair types and conditions, including alopecia. The layering technique we use allows for precise adaptation to the unique characteristics of different hair types, ensuring a realistic outcome even in challenging cases.

How We Pioneered Our Brand Of SMP in Australia

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) has a history rooted in the broader field of cosmetic tattooing and has evolved significantly over the recent years. Novoscalp Clinic’s Australia was established and introduced it’s own brand of SMP to Australia in 2015 and since then we have been ahead of the curve using the most advanced techniques to bring our clients unmatched results. There is no substitute for experience and no room for error in this specialisation. We do SMP treatments all day every day and have been able to significantly improve almost every hair loss scenario on every skin type with our considered and detailed technique.

The field of SMP continues to evolve with ongoing research and innovation. Novoscalp Clinics Australia is dedicated to staying updated on the latest advancements, refining techniques, and exploring new technologies to offer even more refined and natural-looking results.

2015

With a background in Fine Arts, Illustration and Graphic Design Brett Smith sets off abroad on a mission to train at three international SMP institutions and returns to develop his own technique and unique artistic approach to SMP. He subsequently launches Novoscalp Clinics Australia and opens its flagship practice in Hunters Hill Sydney with over 150 customers in Year 1.

2017

As the demand for SMP grew, Brett trains and employs an accomplished eyebrow tattooist to work alongside him performing SMP and Microblade Eyebrow treatments. Global advancements in tattooing equipment played a crucial role in improving the procedure. In addition to lighter weight handpieces, specialised micro-needles and machines designed for precise pigment application became available allowing our Artists to achieve the finest detail and cleaner, more consistent results with our technique.

2018

Our experience in SMP allowed Novoscalp to expand beyond hair loss to include other paramedical tattooing applications. With a considered and artistic approach these new services we provided became a valuable solution for camouflaging scars from hair transplants, surgeries and injuries, as well as providing aesthetic results that support individuals with conditions like alopecia or lichen planopilaris.

2019

Progress was made in the development of pigments specifically suited to scalp micropigmentation. Adopted by Novoscalp on their inception, these pigments were designed to be colour stable and mimic the natural colour and texture of hair providing a more realistic appearance and enhancing the longevity of the results.

2020

One significant leap forward in SMP adopted by Novoscalp involved the introduction of three-dimensional techniques. Progressing to working team of three, our accomplished Artists started layering pigments of different tones to simulate the texture and depth of real hair follicles, enhancing the overall realism of the results. At Novoscalp Clinics we have mastered this ‘graining’ technique.

2023

Novoscalp opens in Drummoyne with a multi-room practice and SMP Training Academy now offering 13 different customised SMP approaches and Cosmetic Tattoo Eyebrow procedures as well as training in the art of SMP and Cosmetic Tattooing. While many inexperienced operators are entering the space with very little training and real knowledge of how to create bespoke SMP treatments, we continue to consistently create results with depth, detail and realism in the elite band of SMP Artist’s worldwide.

Established in 2015. Over 10 Years in The Specialisation Of SMP

Achieving an undetectable look with Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) involves careful attention to detail and adherence to certain techniques. Here are the key factors that contribute to the way Novoscalp Clinics make SMP appear natural and virtually indistinguishable from real stubble or longer hair textures and tones:

1. Customisation and Personalisation

At Novoscalp you’lll be working with an experienced SMP Artist who understands the importance of customisation. A personalised approach considers your unique hairline, skin tone, hair colour, and overall facial features ensuring that the SMP design looks natural and complements your appearance.

2. Hairline Design

Your Artist will craft a hairline design that replicates the natural irregularities and nuances of a real hairline. In most cases we avoid straight and uniform lines, as they can make the SMP appear artificial. A well-designed, irregular hairline contributes to a more authentic look.

3. Colour Matching

Our Artists pay close attention to colour matching. The pigments used in the final layering of your SMP treatment will closely resemble your natural hair color. Our skilled Artists will use a combination of pigment shades to achieve a natural blend, ensuring that the SMP seamlessly integrates with your existing hair.

4. Hair Follicle Replication Technique

We adopt a customised hair follicle replication approach for each client that mimicks the natural growth pattern of their real hair. Varying the density and direction of pigment application helps create the illusion of three-dimensional hair follicles, enhancing the overall realism.

5. Microdot Placement

Precision in microdot placement is crucial. Our skilled Artists place microdots in a way that mimicks the density and distribution of real hair follicles. Avoiding a uniform pattern and introducing variations contribute to a more natural appearance.

6. Layering Technique

We utilise a unique layering technique to add depth and texture to the SMP. Our brand of layering involves depositing pigments of different tones, creating a three-dimensional ‘grained’ effect that replicates the natural texture and sheen of real hair.

7. Seamless Transition from SMP to Natural Hair

A critical aspect of our approach is to ensure a soft and gradual transition from the SMP to any remaining natural hair. The blending should be seamless with no abrupt changes in density or color. This helps avoid an obvious contrast or uneven tones that might make the SMP noticeable.

8. Attention to Detail

The highly regarded reputation of Novoscalp Clinics lies in the finesse of our tattoo technique and a meticulous approach to detail. Our Artists carefully assess the angles, spacing, and distribution of microdots, paying attention to even the finest details to create a convincing replication of natural hair.

9. Avoiding Excessive Density

While SMP is designed to create the appearance of increased hair density, excessive pigmentation can make it look unnatural. A balanced and realistic density, in line with your natural hair, contributes to a more subtle and undetectable result.

10. Regular Assessments and Adjustments

We offer free follow-ups with your SMP practitioner in the ensuing years to assess the results and propose any possible adjustments, tonal top-ups or refinements. Over time, hair color and skin conditions may change, and periodic assessments help maintain the undetectable appearance.

By incorporating these principles and collaborating closely with a skilled SMP practitioner, you can achieve an undetectable look that enhances your overall appearance and confidence.

How We Are Leaders In Best Practice SMP in
Australia

1. Our Unique Brand of 3D Scalp Micropigmentation

Our technique involves adding a three-dimensional aspect to SMP by layering pigments of different tones. The goal is to create a more realistic and natural-looking appearance, simulating the texture and depth of actual hair. It is important to note that the effectiveness of SMP techniques is completely reliant on the skill and experience of the Artist. If you are considering SMP, providing you choose a reputable and experienced specialist clinic like Novoscalp you can be assured of a significant improvement at the very least and in most cases a completely undetectable concealment for your balding / thinning scenario.

2. Advanced Pigment Formulas

Ongoing research has led to the development and our adoption of advanced pigment formulations specifically designed for SMP. These organic pigments are colourstable and when used in the correct dilutions create a result that will retain it’s integrity and natural look over time.

3. Density Gradation

For the most convincing illusion and undetectable result, our SMP Artists have the finesse to create soft gradations at the hairline edge and sideburn profiles. This involves strategically varying the pigment density to mimic the natural variations found in real hair.

4. Enhanced Blending Techniques

Advanced blending techniques involve seamlessly integrating SMP with existing hair for a more natural appearance. This includes precise color matching, feathering, and blending to avoid a stark contrast between pigmented and natural hair.

5. Paramedical Scalp Micropigmentation

Beyond hair loss applications, we also have a wealth of experience and expertise using SMP for paramedical purposes. This includes camouflaging scars from hair transplants, surgeries, or injuries and helping individuals with conditions like alopecia or trichotillomania.

6. Combination Techniques

At the forefront of the industry we have developed approaches combining SMP with other hair restoration procedures clients have undergone, such as hair transplants or PRP therapy. This integral approach aims to maximise the benefits of each technique for a more comprehensive and personalised result.

Our Process: How We Achieve Our Results So You Keep Looking Good

The Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) process at Novoscalp Clinics involves several steps, from the initial consultation to long-term maintenance and touch-ups. Here is an overview of the SMP process, including post-treatment care, after check-ups, and the recommended 2-5 year touch-up:

1. Consultation

Our SMP process begins with a thorough consultation. During this session, you discuss your expectations, goals, and any concerns with the SMP Artist. The Artist assesses your scalp condition, hair loss pattern, and determines the appropriate course of action for the circumstances. For shaved head clients a wax pencil mock up creating a rough impression indicative of the final result can also be created in the consultation.

2. Design and Customization

At the initial session, the Artist designs a customised SMP plan based on your desired hairline, natural hair pattern, and how the uniformity and tone of the treatment will evolve over the sessions. The design is tailored to complement your facial features and create a natural-looking result.

3. Pigment Selection

The next step involves selecting the right pigment colour progression that will result in a texture that closely matches your natural hair color and skin tone. This is crucial for achieving a seamless blend between the SMP pigments and your existing hair.

4. Treatment Sessions

The SMP procedure is typically carried out over three sessions over a 2 week period. Micro-needles are used to deposit pigments in tiny amounts into the upper layers of the scalp, replicating the appearance of hair follicles. The density, pattern and angle of pigmentation are carefully adjusted for a realistic outcome.

5. Post Treatment Care

After each session, you’ll receive detailed post-treatment care instructions. This may include avoiding sun exposure, refraining from excessive sweating, and using specific skincare products. Proper aftercare is essential to ensure the longevity and vibrancy of the SMP results.

6. Post Treatment Refinement

Following the completion of your SMP sessions with Novoscalp Clinics there is always a review with the Artist four weeks later. This allows for an evaluation of the healed results and for any adjustments or enhancements of the tone to be made. The Artist may only need to make minor refinements to ensure the SMP appears natural, blends perfectly and meets your expectations.

7. Long-Term Maintenance

SMP is a long-lasting solution, but regular maintenance may be required. Maintenance sessions involve refreshing and touching up the pigments to maintain their vibrancy. The frequency of maintenance depends on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and exposure to the elements.

8. Follow Up Assessments

Follow-up assessments with Novoscalp are recommended after a 2-5 year period dependant on your treatment type and application. This is a free consultation to monitor the overall condition of the scalp and assess the need for any additional touch-ups or adjustments.

While SMP is considered permanent, the pigments may gradually fade over time. A treatment applied with the appropriate dilutions and delicate detailed approach will eventually require a touch-up to refresh the pigments and maintain the desired appearance. This touch-up is often just a single session and helps to ensure the longevity of the SMP results.

By following these steps and maintaining a consistent relationship with Novoscalp Clinics, you can ensure that your Scalp Micropigmentation results remain natural-looking, vibrant, and aligned with your evolving needs over the years.

The scalp treatment provided by Brett and Annie was outstanding. From the very first consultation through to multiple sessions, they were extremely professional, highly skilled and very friendly and reassuring. The final result is truly remarkable which has given me a great deal of confidence at work, with family and friends. I have no hesitation in recommending Novoscalp for SMP treatment.

In my profession it is essential that I maintain a dignified and professional look, so when my hair stopped cooperating, I was referred to NovoScalp for a cosmetic procedure. The outcome was great. While my hair is now in recovery, the SMP provides that pleasing aesthetic so I don’t need to think about it anymore. I highly recommend Brett and Annie’s work.

I cannot speak highly enough of Novascalp clinic. My entire experience from the moment I walked in was fantastic. The professionalism and knowledge from Brett and Annie is second to none. I had consults from a number of micro pigmentation clinics before I met with Brett. Brett’s skill, information and explaining the procedure in this industry is outstanding. The comfort, transparency and reassurance of the service he and Annie provide is unmatched. I cannot be more grateful that I chose Microscalp, and I am absolutely 100% satisfied with the results. Thank you so much Brett and Annie for your work and helping me regain my confidence. God bless
